Tiny Phan, PA-C
Tiny Phan is a board-certified Physician Associate who provides compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on cultural competency, preventive medicine, and clear communication. Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, Tiny developed an early interest in healthcare while serving as a primary medical translator for her parents and grandparents—an experience that continues to shape her commitment to ensuring patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
Tiny earned her Bachelor of Health Science from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas, where she was awarded a full-tuition academic scholarship and an athletic scholarship for tennis. She competed on the varsity tennis team during her undergraduate years and developed a strong interest in sports medicine, injury prevention, and physical performance.

She completed her Master of Health Science through the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Physician Associate Program, where she received broad clinical training across family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, mental health, dermatology, surgery, inpatient care, and emergency medicine. Her clinical experience includes performing procedures such as suturing, joint injections, and airway management, as well as managing both acute and chronic medical conditions across diverse patient populations.
Tiny is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS. She is bilingual in English and Vietnamese and has a particular passion for serving diverse and underserved communities. Tiny believes that strong patient–provider relationships, preventive care, and evidence-based medicine are the foundation of high-quality healthcare and remains committed to lifelong learning and continued professional growth.
